
Decorated sheets are generally known as ‘Perforated Sheets’ or perforated screen/sheet metal/plate. 316L is the low-carbon, standard molybdenum-bearing grade from the austenitic stainless steel group. It is used to manufacture decorated sheets as it has excellent toughness, high resistance to the crevice, and pitting corrosion.
The use of perforated materials in design is limited due to a lack of reliable strength and stiffness characteristics. The 316L decorated sheets are available in wide specifications and in different sizes, shapes, thicknesses, and other variables. The decorated sheet can be surface treated according to our requirements viz. Galvanizing, Anodizing, Reflective shine finish, etc.

DECORATIVE PATTERNS
In a decorated sheet generally holes are punched to create designs/patterns. The holes in straight pattern are aligned horizontally or vertically. The holes in a staggered design are also staggered evenly between rows. They can be of various shapes such as round, square, hexagon, etc.
